We only host 12 weddings per year in order to preserve the privacy, beauty, and character of the property.
This limited calendar allows each celebration to feel exclusive, personal, and unhurried, giving every couple the opportunity to celebrate in a private waterfront setting reserved for a select number of weddings each season
Exclusive use of grounds for day of event. Vendor setup prior to day of event by arrangement.
Grounds may be used for engagement or bridal photo sessions.
Use of 600 square-foot bridal suite.
Dock may be used for photos for one hour, with prior arrangement.
Up to 80 guests.
Parking for approximately 40 cars.
Separate parking for catering, DJ, and other vendors.
Dedicated 200-amp electrical service.
For safety reasons, no access to pool. Dock will also be closed to guests.
To conform with Northampton County noise ordinances, reception must end by 10:00 p.m.
Client must obtain and show proof of event insurance.
If client’s caterer does not provide alcohol service, client must obtain and show proof of one-day ABC license.
First Deposit
Due with signed contract. Reserves your wedding date.
Second Deposit
Due six months prior to your event date.
Remaining Balance
Due sixty days prior to your event date.
A refundable damage deposit of $1,500 is required to protect the venue against damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or violation of venue policies. The damage deposit is due sixty days prior to the event and will be held separately from the venue rental fee. Provided the property is left in good condition and all venue rules are followed, the deposit will be refunded within 5 business days after the event.
